Freelance Talent Sourcer – Remote (Switzerland)

About the role

We are looking for a Freelance Talent Sourcer to join our partner’s recruitment team. The role is fully remote and focuses on building strong talent pipelines for a variety of industries. You will use innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage exceptional candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, X‑Ray search, job boards, GitHub, Stack Overflow and other professional networks.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across multiple industries.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research to spot hiring trends and relevant profiles.
• Obtain Right‑to‑Represent authorisations and submit qualified candidates through the partner portal.
• Screen candidates for technical fit, availability and motivation, and coordinate interview scheduling.

Required profile

• Proactive recruitment professional comfortable working independently on multiple searches.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to assess candidate suitability.

Required skills

• Advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms.
• Familiarity with GitHub and Stack Overflow for technical talent sourcing.
