Front Office Agent – Seasonal (Full‑Time/Part‑Time)

About the role

Kempinski is seeking enthusiastic Front Office Agents to join its St. Moritz resort for the winter season 2026/2027. The role offers both full‑time and part‑time (50%) options, allowing you to work in a luxury 5‑star environment while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Perform check‑in and check‑out procedures for private guests and groups.
• Welcome and assist hotel guests at the reception desk.
• Prepare invoices and manage billing inquiries.
• Operate a personal cash register, handle payments, currency exchange and cash handling.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Carry out various administrative reception tasks.
• Utilise the Opera hotel management system for reservations and guest data.

Required profile

• Successfully completed specialist training in hospitality or a related field.
• Initial professional experience in a front‑office or reception role is preferred.
• Strong service orientation, quality awareness, flexibility and a well‑groomed appearance.
• Structured, organised way of working and a keen interest in team‑oriented environments.
• Fluent in German and English; Russian language skills are required, additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Opera hotel management system.
