Full Stack Software Engineer

About the role

Artificialy, an AI company based in Switzerland with offices in Lugano and Zurich, is looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to lead and contribute to the development of its software AI products. The engineer works closely with the AI engineering team, taking a hands-on role in building key features and improving code quality and development practices.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the technical reference for product development, contributing to the technical direction of the software AI products
• Develop and maintain core product components and features, delivering new functionalities and improving existing ones
• Design and implement scalable solutions, integrating AI models, pipelines and services into applications with AI experts in NLP, optimization, computer vision, etc.
• Take part in code reviews and improve code quality, consistency, testing, CI/CD and application monitoring
• Work with cross-functional teams and take part in strategic technological decisions and roadmaps

Required profile

• 4+ years of full stack software development experience, including architectural design
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• Italian and English

Required skills

• Backend with Python (FastAPI)
• Frontend with React, Vue or Angular and TypeScript
• RESTful APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, Git, Docker and CI/CD pipelines
• Nice to have: C++, Rust, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure, microservices and distributed systems
