About the role
Join Carhartt WIP's Zurich store as a full‑time Sales Assistant. You will represent the brand, deliver excellent customer service, and help drive sales in a dynamic retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and adapt brand stories to the retail setting.
- Drive sales and ensure targets are achieved.
- Process sales transactions accurately.
- Replenish stock and maintain visual display standards.
- Follow all operational store policies and procedures.
- Develop product knowledge continuously.
Required profile
- Experience in retail or customer service.
- Good communication skills in German and English; French is advantageous.
- Confident, outgoing, and effective at selling.
