German-speaking Business & Recruitment Manager

About the role

Inova Consulting SA is seeking a motivated Business & Recruitment Manager to support its rapid growth at the intersection of Life Sciences and AI. The position is based in Basel and is ideal for a German‑speaking professional with 0–5 years of experience who wants to develop both sales and talent acquisition skills.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities across pharma, biotech, medtech and chemistry.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision‑makers and attend industry events.
• Identify, engage and recruit top consulting talent, managing the full recruitment cycle.
• Support ongoing consulting assignments, coordinating consultants and client needs.
• Help ensure successful project delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English.
• BSc or MSc in Business, Engineering, Technology or a related field.
• 0–5 years of experience in business development, sales or recruitment.
• Strong commercial instincts and a proactive, curious attitude.
