Global Benefits Manager

About the role

Wella Company is seeking a Global Benefits Manager to lead the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits and wellbeing programs worldwide. Reporting to the Global Benefits and Mobility Leader, you will work closely with regional reward partners and local HR teams to ensure the benefits strategy aligns with the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Drive execution of the global benefits and wellbeing strategy in collaboration with regional and local reward partners.
• Review and update benefits plans regularly to maintain compliance, competitiveness, and alignment with corporate strategy.
• Partner with global benefits brokers, plan administrators, and vendors to set up and manage competitive benefits offerings.
• Coordinate timely renewals of employee‑insured benefits across all countries.
• Develop and deliver effective benefits communication to ensure employee awareness and understanding.
• Support governance, conduct periodic audits, and prepare reports on benefit programs.
• Analyze program usage and effectiveness, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Manage benefits data exchanges from brokers, HRIS, and other sources.
• Lead special projects and support the implementation lifecycle of new initiatives.

• Proven experience managing global employee benefits programs.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess program usage and impact.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with regional and local HR stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate benefits information clearly to diverse audiences.
