Global Director of Brand Events

About the role

On, the fast‑growing global sportswear brand, is seeking a Global Director of Brand Events to shape its worldwide event ecosystem. You will define the strategic vision for brand activations, create immersive formats, and lead a high‑performing global team.

Key responsibilities

• Set the global strategic vision for brand activations and events.
• Develop immersive event formats aligned with global campaigns and Go‑To‑Market initiatives.
• Identify and implement tools and technologies to elevate event experiences and enable scale.
• Source, negotiate, and manage partnerships with relevant organisations.
• Define global event brand standards and ensure consistent execution across all touchpoints.
• Analyse event performance data to drive continuous improvement.
• Enable and support markets to execute events in line with global brand guidelines.
• Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing global team of brand activation and event experts.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience leading and delivering global events with impactful brand activations.
• 7+ years of experience managing and developing high‑performing teams.
• Experience within a global sportswear, athletic or performance brand is ideal.
• Background in a creative agency environment with a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Strong leadership skills in highly matrixed, international organisations.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive and driven to innovate and optimise approaches.
