Global Head of Brand Events

About the role

On, the fast‑growing global sportswear brand, is seeking a visionary leader to shape its worldwide brand‑event ecosystem. As Global Head of Brand Events, you will define the strategic vision for brand activations, create immersive experiences, and build a high‑performing team that connects millions of runners to the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Set and communicate the global strategic vision for brand events and activations.
• Design immersive, physical, digital and hybrid event formats aligned with global campaigns and Go‑To‑Market plans.
• Identify, implement and manage tools and technologies that scale event experiences.
• Source, negotiate and manage partnerships with external organizations to amplify event impact.
• Define global brand standards for events and ensure consistent execution across all markets.
• Analyze event performance data to drive continuous improvement.
• Support regional teams in executing events that follow global guidelines.
• Develop communication frameworks for pre‑, during‑ and post‑event moments.
• Build, lead and develop a global team of brand‑activation and event experts.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience leading and delivering global brand events with measurable impact.
• 7+ years of experience managing and developing high‑performing, multi‑regional teams.
• Background in a global sportswear, athletic or performance brand, or a creative agency environment.
• Proven ability to operate in highly matrixed, international organizations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, and driven to innovate and optimise event approaches.
• Excellent communication skills and an inspiring, collaborative leadership style.
