Global Head of Brand Marketing

About the role

Explora Journeys is launching a new luxury travel brand and seeks a dynamic leader to shape and scale its global brand presence. Reporting to senior leadership, the Global Head of Brand Marketing will ensure the brand remains distinctive, desirable and consistently expressed across every guest and travel‑advisor touchpoint.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the global brand strategy, architecture and positioning, translating business priorities into compelling brand narratives.
• Act as brand guardian, maintaining visual identity, tone of voice and editorial standards across all customer touchpoints worldwide.
• Lead agency and production partners to create elevated content and copy for on‑board, digital and social channels.
• Drive a distinctive social media presence that showcases experiences and destinations, using audience insights and performance data to optimise content.
• Build and inspire a high‑performing brand team, fostering cross‑functional collaboration with Digital, Communications, Product, Commercial and Finance.
• Champion responsible use of generative AI tools to increase scale and speed of content creation while maintaining brand quality.

Required profile

• 15+ years of brand or marketing experience, preferably in luxury hospitality or travel.
• Proven track record in luxury brand positioning across global markets and deep understanding of affluent consumer psychology.
• Strong people‑management background with experience leading multicultural teams and managing external agencies.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI prompting tools and generative content platforms.
• Solid knowledge of SEO and GEO targeting principles.
• Experience using business and marketing KPI analytics tools.
