Global Marketing Director – Luxury Sector – Lugano

About the role

The company, a prestigious international luxury brand operating in more than 70 countries, is seeking a Global Marketing Director for the Lugano area. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape and expand the global marketing organization, driving sustainable growth, strengthening brand positioning, and ensuring marketing excellence across all markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary global marketing team covering Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Marketing and International Retail Marketing.
• Drive global brand development and integrated marketing initiatives to support business growth.
• Oversee Digital Marketing, Communications, PR, Events, Trade Marketing, Visual Marketing and International Retail Marketing, ensuring alignment and consistency.
• Coordinate international marketing programs, providing strategic direction, tools and best practices while maintaining brand consistency.
• Develop and optimise marketing processes and workflows to strengthen collaboration and operational excellence.
• Lead in‑house digital marketing initiatives, managing social media, performance marketing and digital communications.
• Manage the global marketing budget and monitor performance against targets.
