Graduate Talent Program – Internal Audit (Opfikon)

About the role

UBS is looking for ambitious recent graduates to join its 2027 Internal Audit Graduate Talent Program within Group Internal Audit (GIA). The program is 18 months long, starts on 1 February 2027 and combines professional and technical training with banking fundamentals, mentorship and rotations across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess risks across the firm and understand how risks are managed and mitigated
• Test key controls through interviews, process reviews and examination of how decisions and transactions flow in practice
• Evaluate whether controls are effective, using analytical thinking and learning from experienced auditors
• Understand the governance and control frameworks that prevent errors, protect clients and support the firm's strategic goals
• Work with teams combining business knowledge, subject-matter expertise and data analytics and AI skills to improve risk management

Required profile

• Recent graduate (within the last 24 months) who has completed their degree and graduation requirements by the start date
• No more than two years of full-time work experience
• Minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
• Interest in the financial industry; all majors are welcome
• Initial practical experience in audit, risk, compliance or data analysis is an advantage
