Graphic Designer (m/f) Working Student

About the role

Christian Solidarity International (CSI) is seeking a motivated working‑student Graphic Designer to support its communications team. The role is part‑time (50‑100 % workload) and will help create visually compelling assets that raise awareness of religious persecution and humanitarian projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design branded graphics, digital brochures, presentation decks, campaign visuals and landing‑page elements.
• Create, edit and publish short‑form videos and reels for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Research CSI’s archival footage and photographs, restore and colour‑correct low‑quality material for modern digital use.
• Cut and assemble raw field footage, interviews and B‑roll into concise, impactful videos.
• Maintain brand consistency by applying approved typography, colour palettes and visual styles.

Required profile

• Alignment with CSI’s mission and Christian values.
• Bachelor’s degree (or current studies) in Graphic Design, Motion‑Graphics, Photography or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of practical experience in graphic or motion‑graphics design.
• Proactive, diligent and open to feedback in a collaborative environment.
