Group Human Resources Manager (80–100%)

About the role

The Group Human Resources Manager will report directly to the Group CEO and sit on the Group Management Team. You will define and drive the HR strategy across eight European countries, building a pragmatic and hands‑on HR function.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement Group HR strategy, advising the CEO and management teams on people and organisational matters.
• Develop common HR practices in recruitment, talent and succession planning, performance management, development and training.
• Set Group compensation and benefits principles, coordinate salary reviews, bonus processes and senior management remuneration.
• Oversee employee relations, labour law compliance and HR compliance, working with local management and external specialists.
• Develop the Group HRIS, HR data and KPIs, and harmonise HR processes across entities.
• Support organisational change, acquisitions and integrations, fostering a common Group culture.
• Lead cross‑functional and international HR projects.

Required profile

• At least 10 years of HR experience, including a senior leadership role such as Head of HR or HR Director.
• Broad expertise across talent management, performance and development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, labour law, recruitment and HR operations.
• Proven ability to influence and engage senior management, local managers and HR teams across countries and functions.
• Pragmatic, structured and approachable with sound judgement, comfortable in a lean organisation.
• Fluent English (mandatory); good command of French and/or German is desirable.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time, mainly within Europe.
