- Launch integrated campaigns across communities, social channels, search, newsletters, loyalty programs, influencers, paid ads and landing pages, coordinating third parties where needed.
- Maintain lifecycle workflows, lead scoring, drip sequences and automated triggers, and run weekly A/B and multivariate tests.
- Build and optimize AI-driven content pipelines, set up human-in-the-loop QA, and track throughput, error rates and time-to-market.
- Set up event tracking, pixels, UTMs and server-side tracking, own multi-touch attribution models, audit CRM and automation data, and run real-time dashboards on CAC, LTV, conversion rates and ROI.
Required profile
- 3-5+ years in growth/marketing operations in a fast-paced B2B or B2C environment, managing campaign ops, marketing automation and technical data pipelines.
- Hands-on experience applying LLMs and generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Higgsfield) to marketing workflows.
- Deep passion for the company's products and a builder mindset.
- Systems thinking, agility in sprint cycles, and obsessive attention to detail.
Required skills
- Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and data visualization tools.
- CRM and automation platform administration, including Zoho.
- Preferred: basic Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS for API scripting and landing page iteration.
What we offer
- Competitive pay tied to impact, with clear career growth paths.
- 25 days of paid vacation per year.
- Regular team events and retreats (at least quarterly).
- Support for ongoing learning and development.
