Head of Controlling – Financial Information

About the role

Lead the finance function for a global Financial Information business, partnering with senior leaders to shape strategic and operational decisions. Provide clear financial insights that drive growth, profitability and investment choices.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the trusted finance partner to the Financial Information leadership team, advising on strategic and operational matters.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, planning and month‑end closing processes to deliver accurate, timely financial insights.
• Produce management reporting, financial analyses and performance reviews for senior stakeholders.
• Identify business risks and opportunities and translate financial data into actionable recommendations.
• Enhance controlling processes, reporting standards and data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.

Required profile

• 4‑6+ years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A or financial management in an international environment.
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence decisions through data‑driven insights.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is an asset.

Required skills

• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and performance management.
• Experience with SAP BI tools, including Analysis for Office and SAP Analytics Cloud.
