Head of Corporate Communications

About the role

BOBST is seeking a strategic leader to shape its global corporate narrative, protect its reputation, and drive communication across all stakeholder groups. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will influence how the company engages with employees, customers, investors, media, and partners worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the Group’s corporate communication strategy aligned with the overall business plan.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Committee on reputation and messaging matters.
• Lead internal communication initiatives, employee engagement programs, and employer branding efforts.
• Oversee external communications, including investor relations, media relations, crisis management, sustainability, and philanthropy.
• Manage brand guidelines, corporate publications (annual report, presentations, website, corporate video) and ensure consistent brand equity.
• Direct the development and operation of digital workplace platforms such as the intranet and Microsoft 365 tools.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in corporate communications, public affairs, or related fields.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into compelling narratives.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing C‑level executives.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple regions.
