Head of Human Resources – EMEAC Region

About the role

Galderma is seeking a Regional Head of Human Resources for the Europe, Middle East, Africa and Canada (EMEAC) region. Reporting to the CHRO, you will provide strategic HR leadership, partner with regional business leaders and help shape the people strategy that drives growth and organizational effectiveness across diverse markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the EMEAC people strategy aligned with global HR and business priorities.
• Act as the primary HR business partner to regional leadership, offering insight and guidance on talent and organizational decisions.
• Translate business objectives into HR plans, including workforce planning, capability building and organization design.
• Lead talent management processes such as succession planning and high‑potential development.
• Drive strategic workforce planning, resource allocation and build‑buy‑borrow‑bot decisions across markets.
• Support organizational design and change initiatives to enable performance and collaboration.
• Champion Galderma’s culture, values and employee engagement across the region.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior HR leadership within a multinational environment.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into HR actions.
• Excellent partnership and influencing skills with senior business leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead talent management, workforce planning and organizational design.
