Head of Marketing – Lead Growth & Transformation

About the role

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead Open Systems’ transformation and growth. Reporting to the CEO, you will shape strategy, drive demand, and turn marketing into a measurable growth engine for our managed SASE solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute a marketing strategy aligned with company objectives, increase market awareness and generate qualified pipeline.
• Own messaging, positioning and value proposition, translating complex technology into clear customer value and compelling narratives.
• Partner closely with Product, Sales and Customer Success to support product launches and accelerate go‑to‑market execution.
• Lead a modern, data‑driven, AI‑enabled marketing organization, simplifying processes and improving efficiency.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing marketing team, fostering accountability, collaboration and execution excellence.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in B2B technology marketing.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software, cybersecurity, networking, cloud or SaaS solutions.
• Experience leading organizations through change and transformation.
• Track record of building demand‑generation and growth programs.
• Commercial mindset with strong business acumen.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Pragmatic, hands‑on and execution‑focused attitude.
• Fluent in German and English.
