Head of Marketing Specialties & High-End Offer

About the role

We are looking for a senior marketing leader to shape and execute the 3‑5‑year product strategy for our historic collections, Métiers d’Art pieces and high‑value timepieces. Reporting to the Product Marketing & Creation Direction, you will ensure strategic coherence, desirability and profitability across the Maison’s global portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Define, steer and present the medium‑to‑long‑term product strategy for Specialties & High‑End Offer.
• Craft compelling product narratives and storytelling for internal and external audiences.
• Monitor product performance, KPIs and competitiveness, collaborating cross‑functionally.
• Lead strategic presentations at Watches & Wonders and other key events.
• Coordinate new product development, validate prototypes and first‑production pieces with Design and Product Development teams.
• Orchestrate product launches across sales, retail and market channels.
• Implement 360° activation toolboxes and master data management tools with Marketing Communication, Sales, IT and Digital teams.
• Lead and inspire a team of three product marketing specialists, defining vision, coordinating activities and fostering talent.
• Integrate small‑series management into launch processes for 2026.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury or high‑end product marketing, preferably within watchmaking or related sectors.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product plans.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, capable of managing and motivating a small specialist team.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration abilities, working with Design, Development, Sales, Retail and Digital departments.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
