Head of Operations

About the role

Alohi, an AI‑first SaaS scale‑up, is looking for a Head of Operations to partner directly with the CEO and executive team. You will drive strategic, cross‑functional execution across a multi‑product portfolio, bring structure to ambiguous priorities, and accelerate the company’s overall execution speed.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the CEO’s go‑to operator for high‑priority, cross‑functional initiatives, especially when ownership is unclear.
• Own end‑to‑end strategic projects: framing, planning, stakeholder alignment, and delivery.
• Transform ambiguous problems into structured plans with clear scope, success metrics, timelines, resources, risks, and decision points.
• Unblock execution across teams, clarify trade‑offs, and ensure decisions translate into action.
• Build lightweight systems (dashboards, templates, reporting cadences) to help leadership move faster with better information.
• Support the CEO on strategic partnerships that impact distribution, product adoption, or go‑to‑market execution.
• Lead and scale operational functions including Compliance, Legal & Regulatory, HR & Talent Acquisition, and Office Operations.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, execution‑driven leader with a proven track record of increasing execution speed and improving decision‑making.
• Strong ability to align diverse stakeholders and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience scaling operational functions in a fast‑growing SaaS or technology scale‑up.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with a talent for turning vague challenges into concrete plans.
• High ownership mindset and comfort working directly with senior leadership.
