About the role

This senior leadership position is responsible for building and scaling a strategic partnerships function from the ground up in Switzerland. You will own relationships with key technology and ecosystem partners, shaping long‑term growth opportunities and driving measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a scalable partnerships strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
• Own and expand strategic relationships with technology, AI platform, and data infrastructure partners.
• Design and run co‑selling and co‑marketing initiatives that generate pipeline and revenue.
• Represent the organization in partner discussions, resolve challenges, and create mutual value.
• Establish partnership frameworks, processes, reporting structures, and operating cadences.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to support integrations and long‑term partner success.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, strategic alliances, or a related go‑to‑market role.
• Proven track record of owning partner relationships end‑to‑end and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Experience building a partnerships function from scratch in a fast‑growing technology environment.
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from individual contributors to executive leadership.
• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on converting partnerships into pipeline and revenue.
