Head of Production (Full-time, m/f/d)

About the role

In this key position you will lead the production area of Studer Cables, overseeing around 120 employees across multiple shifts. You will be responsible for driving efficiency, quality and innovation throughout the manufacturing process.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the production site.
• Continuously develop and optimise manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, logistics and planning departments.
• Identify early-stage optimisation opportunities and implement systematic improvements.
• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing, multi-shift team.

Required profile

• Several years of hands-on production experience with deep technical or engineering knowledge.
• Proven expertise in multi-shift cable manufacturing environments.
• Leadership style based on clarity, appreciation and respectful treatment of employees.
• Strong commitment to sustainability and continuous team development.
