About the role

This part‑time hybrid position based in Bern is responsible for leading the full recruitment lifecycle and shaping the employer brand. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution, covering graduate programmes, interview processes and hiring strategies to attract top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance market reputation.
• Design and manage graduate recruitment programmes to build a future talent pipeline.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates for cultural and skill fit.
• Collaborate with team leads to understand staffing needs and align hiring plans.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Contribute to HR policy development and workforce planning where needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hiring and recruitment strategy formulation.
• Expertise in employer branding and graduate recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for stakeholder collaboration.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting, balancing onsite and remote tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
