About the role
This part‑time, fully remote position leads the company's talent acquisition function. You will shape hiring strategies, manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, and support employer branding to attract top talent.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement hiring strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit with role requirements and company culture.
- Drive graduate recruitment initiatives to build an early‑career talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify current and future talent needs.
- Enhance employer branding to increase the organization’s attractiveness to prospective employees.
Required profile
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or HR management.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and drive initiatives autonomously.
- Experience with graduate recruitment and employer branding is highly desirable.
