About the role

We are seeking a Head of Video Content to lead the creation and delivery of marketing‑focused video assets for a Swiss‑based partner. The role is fully remote and combines storytelling, strategic marketing insight, and hands‑on production oversight to boost brand presence across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create and edit high‑quality video content for social media, websites, advertising campaigns, and internal communications.
• Translate marketing strategies and brand messaging into engaging visual storytelling.
• Develop video concepts, motion graphics, and creative direction to maximize audience engagement.
• Manage production workflows, including file organization, version control, and archiving.
• Adapt video assets for platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and paid advertising channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams from concept through execution.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback, manage revision cycles, and maintain quality and timelines.
• Stay current with video marketing trends, emerging tools, and platform‑specific best practices.
• Ensure brand consistency across all video content and drive improvements in production processes.

Required profile

• Creative, detail‑oriented video professional with a strong portfolio of marketing‑driven videos.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in video editing, content production, or a similar creative role, preferably within a marketing environment.
• Understanding of how video supports lead generation, brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversion goals.
• Experience producing content across multiple formats, including short‑form videos.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Proficiency with Adobe After Effects.
• Proficiency with Final Cut Pro or comparable video editing platforms.
