Hotel Manager, Assistant Manager & Receptionist – Montreux Boutique Hotel

About the role

We are seeking a Hotel Manager, an Assistant Hotel Manager and Receptionists for a lifestyle boutique hotel in Montreux. The positions are full‑time, on‑site and focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences across 35 rooms and an on‑site food & beverage outlet.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations, including front‑desk, housekeeping and F&B services.
• Manage budgets, financial planning and sales initiatives to ensure profitability.
• Lead and motivate teams, supervise staff performance and coordinate scheduling.
• Handle guest relations, resolve issues and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Ensure smooth check‑in/check‑out processes and accurate front‑desk administration.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, inventory and service standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer service orientation with proven front‑desk experience.
• Experience in budgeting, sales and revenue management.
• Background in food & beverage management.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Fluency in French, English and/or German is an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• For reception roles, 2‑5 years of relevant experience and high motivation.
