HR Admin Specialist – Swiss Market (18-month Fixed-term)

About the role

We are seeking an HR Admin Specialist to join our Swiss Market team on an 18‑month fixed‑term contract. The role will support HR administration for the Swiss market and Richemont Europe, working closely with the HR, Business, and Payroll & Insurance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end HR administrative processes across the employee life‑cycle, including contracts, addenda, work certificates and off‑boarding.
• Interact with employees in offices and boutiques across Swiss Maisons and Richemont entities.
• Maintain accurate employee data in SAP HR and act as the liaison with the Payroll & Insurance team for onboarding, transfers and payroll matters.
• Monitor personnel records, ensuring compliance with Swiss laws and internal policies (personal details, position, salary, appraisals, leave, training, awards).
• Provide data for payroll preparation and support HR initiatives such as talent acquisition, performance management and audits.
• Identify digital solutions to improve processes and drive operational excellence.
• Centralise internal HR communications and support financial processes including purchase orders and invoicing.

Required profile

• Brevet Federal or Bachelor’s degree in HR (or equivalent).
• 3–5 years of HR administrative experience in a demanding environment.
• In‑depth knowledge of Swiss HR policies and labour legislation.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented, autonomous, hands‑on and a collaborative team player.
• Fluent in English and French; German is a strong asset.
