HR Advisor (People & Culture) – Switzerland

About the role

As a People & Culture Advisor you will be the primary HR contact for the Area Manager and Store Managers across Switzerland, providing hands‑on support on daily HR matters and ensuring compliance with Swiss employment law.

Key responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for managers on absence, performance, contracts and disciplinary issues.
• Support all stages of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to off‑boarding, while aligning processes with local legislation.
• Serve as local super‑user for the new HR system, coordinating with external salary providers and global P&C teams.
• Monitor and report HR metrics such as turnover and absenteeism.

Required profile

• Experience as an HR Advisor or generalist, preferably in retail.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss employment law and collective agreements.
• Hands‑on, solution‑oriented mindset with excellent communication skills in German and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR information systems (HRIS) and first‑line support.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
