About the role
Mirabaud, a family-owned bank with over 700 employees in 8 countries, is looking for an HR intern for its HR Operations team in Geneva. The internship lasts 12 months and sits within the Wealth Management business line.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the administrative side of the employee lifecycle
- Help organise Welcome Days for new joiners and other HR events
- Maintain employee records and files
- Take part in HR project implementations
- Help update HR policies, procedures and guidelines related to the employee lifecycle
Required profile
- Some initial work experience (student job or other internship)
- Very good organisational skills
- Very good written and spoken French and English
- Reliable, autonomous, discreet and a team player
Required skills
- Very good MS Office skills
