HR Manager – Lifecycle & Technical Recruiting

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to build and run the full people infrastructure for a fast‑scaling, remote‑first organization based in Switzerland. The role blends end‑to‑end lifecycle HR leadership with full‑cycle technical recruiting, including engineering and AI/ML hiring.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage the complete employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, performance management and employee experience.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, documentation and compliance frameworks for a global remote workforce.
• Coordinate international payroll, contractor agreements and employment compliance across multiple regions.
• Establish performance management systems aligned with measurable outcomes and business objectives.
• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employee relations and people‑operations support.
• Partner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning and compensation strategy.
• Own full‑cycle recruitment for all roles, especially technical positions in engineering and AI/ML.
• Source, screen and evaluate candidates independently, design interview processes and manage the recruiting pipeline using Greenhouse.

Required profile

• Proven experience building HR and people‑operations functions in early‑stage or high‑growth startups.
• Strong background in lifecycle HR, including onboarding, performance management, compliance and employee relations.
• Demonstrated success in full‑cycle recruiting for both non‑technical and technical roles.
• Hands‑on experience configuring and optimizing an ATS such as Greenhouse.
• Deep understanding of global remote workforce management, compliance and contractor arrangements.
