HR Partner – Humanitarian Organization

About the role

As the HR Partner for MSF Operational Center Geneva, you will support HQ teams in Switzerland by shaping people practices, improving ways of working and fostering a positive employee experience. The role contributes to organisational effectiveness while upholding MSF’s humanitarian mission and core HR values.

Key responsibilities

• Design and improve HR practices, working conditions and employee experience for HQ staff.
• Collaborate with managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle, addressing people‑related challenges and opportunities.
• Use HR expertise, people data and organisational insight to guide decisions and advance transversal HR initiatives.
• Maintain coherence between HQ and programme HR approaches and provide ad‑hoc support to other HQ hubs.
• Contribute to a values‑driven HR function that aligns with MSF’s respect, integrity, accountability, diversity, equity, inclusion and agility principles.

• Strong commitment to MSF’s humanitarian mission and inclusive culture.
• Alignment with HR values of respect, integrity, accountability, diversity, equity, inclusion and proactive responsiveness.
• Experience working with managers and staff across the employee lifecycle.
• Ability to analyse people data and translate insights into HR actions.
