In-House Executive Recruiter

About the role

Everon, a FINMA‑regulated Swiss asset manager, is looking for an experienced In‑House Executive Recruiter to expand its advisor team. You will lead the full executive search cycle, targeting senior private bankers and relationship managers who can add value to Everon's technology‑driven platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and win senior private bankers and relationship managers for Everon.
• Conduct market mapping, discreet direct outreach, candidate assessment, and closing.
• Manage a disciplined pipeline using CRM tools and metrics‑driven processes.
• Navigate complex negotiations, including counter‑offers, garden leave, book portability, and family considerations.
• Build trust with candidates and stakeholders in a relationship‑driven industry.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of executive search, headhunting, or senior‑level talent acquisition experience, preferably in front‑office banking, private banking, or wealth management.
• Proven ability to source candidates directly via LinkedIn Recruiter, market mapping, and referral networks.
• Demonstrated success handling complex closures involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss private banking and wealth‑management practices.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); German or French is a plus.
