In-House Legal Counsel – Employment Law (Remote, Switzerland)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Legal Counsel to join our fast‑moving, international organization based in Switzerland. The role focuses on employment law across multiple jurisdictions and works closely with Operations, Sales and external counsel. You will provide practical legal guidance while supporting growth and new market entry.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on and resolve a broad range of employment law matters across multiple countries.
• Provide legal guidance and practical support to internal teams, especially Operations and Sales.
• Support the organization’s expansion into new markets, managing legal considerations.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with external lawyers, payroll providers and local partners to address jurisdiction‑specific requirements.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer admitted to the Spanish Bar with a strong specialization in Spanish employment law.
• 2–4 years of post‑qualification legal experience in a law firm, in‑house department, or both.
• Native‑level Spanish and fluent business‑level English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a commercial mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
