About the role
Join the Audi Revolut F1® Team as an Infrastructure Technician based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland. You will work within the Trackside Infrastructure department, supporting the maintenance, servicing and logistics of pit and trackside equipment for a pioneering Formula 1 project.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and service trackside infrastructure, ensuring reliability during race weekends.
- Assist with the integration of new equipment and infrastructure upgrades.
- Build, assemble and update pit equipment and related infrastructure.
- Handle practical tasks such as freight loading and travel to events when required.
Required profile
- 2‑5 years of experience as an infrastructure technician in motorsport, Formula 1 experience desirable.
- Electrical qualifications or strong knowledge of electrical installations.
- Proficiency with design software such as CAD, CATIA or Solidworks.
- Positive, flexible personality able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluent in English and willing to travel for events.
