Intern – Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse and Sexual Harassment (PSEAH)

About the role

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking a motivated intern to support its Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse and Sexual Harassment (PSEAH) programme. Working under the Global Shelter, Land, and Site Coordination (SLSC) team, you will assist in developing and maintaining digital tools that enable effective data collection, site monitoring, and reporting across the cluster’s operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the roll‑out and maintenance of digital platforms for data collection, site monitoring, and reporting.
• Work with Microsoft Power Apps, SharePoint, and Power BI to create dashboards and information products.
• Assist in adapting software tools and scripts using conventional programming techniques.
• Collaborate with the SLSC IM Officer to ensure data quality and timely analysis.

Required profile

• Age between 20 and 36 years.
• Less than two years of relevant work experience.
• Enrolled in the final year of a bachelor’s programme or graduated within the last 12 months.
• Strong interest in migration, protection, and PSEAH issues.
