Investor US Tax Reporting Specialist

About the role

Join the private markets tax team to strengthen operational tax capabilities across technical and operational dimensions. You will support US tax compliance and reporting for our alternative investment funds.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the annual US tax compliance process, coordinating and reviewing tax returns prepared by external advisors.
• Arrange tax reporting to investors and collect necessary information in collaboration with external service providers.
• Provide ongoing support for US tax matters related to private equity and real estate funds.
• Establish and oversee operational tax procedures and internal controls.
• Assess changes in international and domestic tax regulations and evaluate their impact on the firm.
• Manage ad‑hoc tax projects and processes.

Required profile

• Strong academic background with a Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s in tax, finance or accounting is preferred.
• 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience in international tax matters, preferably at a Big 4 or reputable tax consultancy.
• Solid exposure to fund structuring, asset management and investor tax reporting.
• Excellent analytical abilities and capacity to handle multiple priorities.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented, detail‑focused and able to work independently.
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
