IT Analyst

About the role

The IT Analyst provides critical frontline support to ensure site uptime, operational continuity, and end‑user productivity across office, warehouse, manufacturing, and laboratory environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site L1/L2 IT support for end users, devices, and local services, quickly restoring productivity and minimizing downtime.
• Diagnose and resolve endpoint, collaboration, and basic connectivity issues to keep day‑to‑day operations stable.
• Support device lifecycle management (build, deploy, maintain, replace) and execute site changes and deployments following defined processes and risk controls.
• Maintain accurate asset records, documentation, and high‑quality ticketing in ITSM tools to enable control, visibility, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Hands‑on IT support professional with proven experience restoring service quickly in operationally sensitive environments.
• Customer‑focused communicator who provides clear updates, builds trust, and works effectively with end users, site leaders, and technical teams.
• Process‑driven operator with strong ITIL discipline and a consistent record of high‑quality ticketing and documentation.
• Reliable team player willing to travel up to 10% domestically or internationally and fluent in French and English.

Required skills

• ITIL framework knowledge.
• Proficiency with ITSM tools for ticketing and asset management.
• Endpoint troubleshooting and basic network connectivity troubleshooting.
