About the role

Ivy Partners is expanding its presence in Switzerland and seeks an IT Recruiter to join the team. You will play a key part in attracting top technical talent, supporting business units, and strengthening the company’s employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Search for and identify the best IT talent on the market.
• Collaborate with business unit managers to ensure an outstanding hiring experience for both teams and candidates.
• Create and implement sourcing methods for each opening, including online campaigns, internal referrals, and social media.
• Build and promote the employer brand to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Suggest process improvements and contribute to the overall talent acquisition strategy.
• Monitor recruiting trends and best practices to keep the approach up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Comfortable working in fast‑paced environments.
• Experience recruiting for consulting firms or sales roles.
• People‑oriented with a proactive, "can‑do" attitude.
• Independent yet a strong team player.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
