IT Team Lead for Business Process & Content Management Services

About the role

Julius Baer is seeking a dynamic IT Team Lead to drive the evolution of its Business Process & Case Management and Content Management platforms. You will lead a team of Flowable specialists, oversee platform operations, and shape global target operating models.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of Flowable Technology Specialists, planning capacity and demand across banking domains.
• Deliver and operate business applications on Flowable and Censhare platforms.
• Establish and develop technical delivery teams in Switzerland and Spain, fostering a global engineering culture.
• Manage budgeting, cost efficiency, vendor and license management for Flowable and Censhare.
• Ensure high‑quality technical delivery, modern development practices, and effective governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Proven leadership experience in IT, including performance management and people development.
• Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate deliveries across platforms.
• Visionary mindset to shape strategic initiatives and inspire cross‑location collaboration.
• Ability to work under pressure, make decisive decisions, and communicate effectively.
