IT Technician – End‑User & Corporate Support

About the role

We are looking for an IT Technician to support end‑user and corporate IT environments across our offices in Geneva, Lausanne and Zurich. You will ensure smooth operation of hardware, software and network services while contributing to the growth of a fast‑moving FinTech company.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and configure end‑user hardware and software, managing the full equipment lifecycle from procurement to disposal.
• Record, categorize, investigate and prioritize incidents and service requests for end‑users.
• Provide on‑site IT support for our Geneva, Lausanne and Zurich offices.
• Administer and improve corporate applications and IT infrastructure, including local network, printers and small devices.
• Manage access rights and ensure security best practices in a banking‑grade environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or similar roles.
• Proven experience administering Linux, macOS and Windows workstations.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure administration (Office 365, SharePoint, Intune, Windows Defender).
• Fluent English and good knowledge of French; resident in Switzerland and willing to travel between offices.
