Junior IT Support (Entry Level)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Support professional to join the IT team of a global leader in surface coatings. This is an entry‑level position where you will be the first point of contact for daily IT requests, gaining hands‑on experience while supporting the smooth operation of the company’s systems.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, triage, and resolve simple IT support tickets using Service Desk Plus.
• Investigate error reports and apply fixes directly in the system.
• Set up user accounts and manage access rights in Microsoft Business Central.
• Maintain and clean master data to ensure accuracy.
• Assist the IT team with minor tasks during a large‑scale system migration.

Required profile

• Fluent English and currently residing in Switzerland.
• Strong interest in IT, curiosity and a growth mindset.
• Comfortable using Microsoft tools and navigating ERP environments.
• Open, social personality and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Microsoft tools (e.g., Office suite).
• Microsoft Business Central.
• Service Desk Plus ticketing system.
• General understanding of ERP systems.
