Junior Legal Counsel – Corporate Affairs (80‑100%)

About the role

As a Junior Legal Counsel you will support the Legal Affairs team on a broad range of corporate legal matters, ensuring sound governance, effective contract management and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate service, consultancy, procurement, partnership, research and confidentiality agreements.
• Support preparation and review of agreements with International Federations, Major Event Organisations, National Anti‑Doping Organisations, laboratories and consultants.
• Provide practical legal advice on governance, contracts, data privacy, intellectual property, HR‑related matters and compliance.
• Monitor contractual obligations, key dates and legal follow‑up actions.
• Maintain legal templates, contract management tools and documentation processes.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Law from a Swiss university or equivalent foreign qualification with knowledge of Swiss law.
• Bar qualification or postgraduate studies in Sports Law is an advantage.
• Previous internships or professional experience in a legal environment.
• Experience in contract management, compliance, governance or legal operations is beneficial.

• Experience using digital collaboration tools.
• Interest in leveraging AI‑enabled tools for legal efficiency.
• Familiarity with contract management tools.
