Junior Mobile UX/UI Designer (ASO)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Mobile UX/UI Designer (ASO) to join our partner’s team in Switzerland. In this role you will create high‑performing visual assets for mobile applications that boost visibility and user acquisition across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design complete visual packages for App Store and Google Play listings, including icons, screenshots, banners, promotional graphics and video creatives.
• Create in‑app UI components such as onboarding flows, splash screens, menus and other interface elements.
• Develop original concepts tailored to product categories, audiences and market trends, delivering multiple variations quickly.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools to generate graphics, illustrations, characters and videos, improving productivity.
• Research and implement new design technologies, AI solutions and workflow improvements.
• Monitor mobile design, ASO and digital‑marketing trends to keep assets competitive.
• Contribute to design systems, template libraries and scalable internal processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in graphic design, mobile design, ASO design or a related creative field.
• Strong proficiency with Figma and Adobe Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of design principles for App Store and Google Play listings.
• Experience creating mobile app assets such as icons, screenshots and promotional creatives.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different visual styles and project requirements.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools for graphic creation and workflow optimization.
• Good research skills and awareness of current mobile, ASO and digital‑marketing trends.
