About the role

Vestacy is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to lead the national customer portfolio in Switzerland. You will translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, drive growth, and manage the full P&L for your accounts.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer‑specific growth plans and monitor budget compliance.
  • Provide regular support to key accounts, conduct annual review meetings, and ensure achievement of sales and contribution margin targets.
  • Prepare forecasts, analyse sales and profit potential, and continuously improve distribution, listing, placement and pricing.
  • Initiate, follow‑up and evaluate promotional activities; collaborate with Trade Marketing and Marketing on activation measures.
  • Implement business strategies for key accounts and keep internal teams informed of market developments.
  • Prepare annual reviews and drive continuous improvement of account performance.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on sales, trade or marketing, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Key Account Management, Category Management, Trade Marketing or Field Sales.
