Learning & Development Programme Support (60% Fixed‑Term until Dec 2026)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Learning & Development Programme Support professional to help deliver a key training initiative within the Chief Operating Officer unit of Julius Baer. The role is fixed‑term (until December 2026) and is ideal for a working student or early‑career candidate who wants hands‑on experience in a global wealth‑management environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate training‑room bookings and ensure proper set‑up across multiple locations.
• Align facilitator schedules with the overall training plan in close collaboration with the Programme Manager.
• Manage calendar invitations, reminders and updates for participants and facilitators.
• Set up and test IT and audio‑visual equipment for in‑person and hybrid sessions (e.g., Webex, projectors, microphones).
• Support live sessions by handling participant flow, breakout groups and material distribution.
• Track attendance, maintain sign‑in sheets and follow up on missing confirmations.
• Collect post‑session feedback, return equipment and keep accurate administrative logs.

Required profile

• Strong organisational instincts, reliability and a proactive, service‑oriented attitude.
• Current enrolment in or recent completion of a bachelor’s degree in business, social sciences, education or a related field.
• Experience in administrative support, event coordination or a PMO‑like role is valued.
• Ability to work efficiently under clear timelines and manage multiple tasks.
• Good command of English; basic German is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Practical experience with virtual meeting platforms such as Webex.
