Legal Counsel – Corporate & Commercial Law

About the role

Siegfried is seeking a motivated Legal Counsel to join its Zofingen site. Reporting to the Global Head of Integrity, Risk & Insurance, you will provide pragmatic legal support across corporate governance, commercial contracts, data protection and risk management for a fast‑growing pharmaceutical services group.

Key responsibilities

• Advise business units and corporate functions on integrity, corporate governance and commercial law matters.
• Develop and maintain global data‑protection, privacy and information‑security frameworks.
• Support integrity, insurance and risk‑management initiatives, including policy and process improvement.
• Provide day‑to‑day legal support for procurement, sales, operations and corporate activities.
• Draft, review and negotiate manufacturing, supply, procurement, service and confidentiality agreements.
• Assist in dispute management, both out‑of‑court and in‑court.

Required profile

• Motivated legal professional with a strong interest in commercial, corporate and governance matters.
• Intellectually curious, eager to learn and comfortable taking ownership of projects early in your career.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with business leaders.

Required skills

• Solid foundation in commercial and contract law.
• Understanding of data‑protection, privacy and information‑security regulations.
• Experience with corporate governance and integrity frameworks.
