Legal Counsel – Pharma & Life Sciences

About the role

We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join Alpinum Solutions in Zug on a 2‑month plus assignment, supporting global product strategy teams within the life‑sciences sector. The role focuses on regulatory, commercial and product‑lifecycle matters for pharmaceutical and medical‑device portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to Global Product Strategy teams on product lifecycle, regulatory and commercial issues.
• Review and ensure compliance of promotional, medical and scientific materials with applicable laws, regulations and industry codes.
• Draft, review and negotiate service, consultancy and collaboration agreements in the life‑sciences field.
• Offer day‑to‑day legal support to cross‑functional stakeholders, including Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial and R&D.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of experience in pharma, medical‑device, consumer‑healthcare or related life‑sciences environments.
• Strong background in regulatory and product‑related legal matters, especially material review and healthcare compliance.
• Proven experience working with international, cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Veeva (experience preferred).
