Logistics Operations Manager (80-100%)

About the role

Sunrise is looking for a Logistics Operations Manager to become the operational backbone of its fulfillment organization. You will ensure stable day‑to‑day operations, manage incidents, and drive continuous improvement of logistics processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operational issues and incidents across the fulfillment organization.
• Coordinate resolution activities between internal stakeholders, external specialists, and logistics partners.
• Lead root‑cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Improve and automate operational processes and workflows.
• Monitor operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain operational procedures, controls, and documentation.
• Support business continuity and operational stability initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management or equivalent.
• Experience in operations management, incident management or process improvement.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows and service management, including SAP/ERP systems.
• Proven ability to drive process optimisation and automation initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, coordination and communication skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
