M Club Lounge Support / Steward

About the role

Join the M Club Lounge team at JW Marriott Zurich as a Support/Steward. You will ensure that all dishware, cutlery and kitchen tools are clean, organized and ready for service while maintaining high hygiene standards in a fast‑paced, luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils are always clean and ready for use.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing and cleaning equipment professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe and well‑organized working environment, consistently following hygiene and safety standards.
• Clean and maintain kitchen, storage and stewarding areas and support proper waste separation and disposal procedures.
• Collaborate closely with all Food & Beverage teams to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Required profile

• Enjoy working carefully, staying organized and taking pride in quality.
• Team‑player with a positive attitude and friendly personality.
• Calm and focused during busy periods, punctual, dependable and resilient.
• Confident communicator in German and able to be understood in English.
• Flexible to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays.
