Manager in Swiss & International Tax Advisory

About the role

Join a dynamic tax advisory team that provides Swiss and international tax advice to senior executives, mobile professionals and reward‑focused clients. You will work on complex cross‑border employment structures, equity incentives, pensions and rulings, delivering end‑to‑end solutions in a hybrid, flexible environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead tax advisory projects covering Swiss and international cross‑border employment, equity incentives, pensions and rulings.
• Manage projects from inception to delivery, coordinating with senior leadership and national tax offices.
• Conduct research, draft tailored tax advice and prepare client‑facing presentations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Basel, Zurich and Geneva.
• Support implementation of tax solutions and provide ongoing client support.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, law or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering tax advisory services to international clients.
• Strong independent work ethic, ability to question the status quo and manage competing deadlines.
• Excellent written communication, research and analytical skills.
• Team‑player attitude with a proactive, client‑focused mindset.
